Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns or refunds on unused, unopened items returned within 7–14 days of delivery (you may choose the timeframe).
To be eligible for a refund:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
